Blockhead

there's only one family of blockheads, and they live in smilesville. they're immigrants from a planet called spheraria, where sphereheads are the dominant race. blockheads are extremely oppressed there, so this family fled and ended up on encephalon. they speak in babbles that only a few people seem to understand. apparently it's a gift.
