this character has not been introduced or drawn yet, I'm working on her in my spare time. this was done on my 2DS, so I couldn't include the tattoo on her cheek. i'll do a vector version of this later to make it look smoother and more professional.

So, Kiki Mimi is THE top fashion designer in Encephalon, having clothing lines that appeal to habitants of all three quadrants. She lives in Jollywood, Smilesville, and her second career is being a pop star, though she's mostly popular in Smilesville. There is also a cartoon series that airs in Smilesville using this art style for her character, but she isn't involved in it, so she's voiced by someone else.

this is her "logo" character, the one that appears on ads, labels, and other things. she herself prefers to dress in Smilesville fashion, but she's so wacky, she'll wear pretty much anything. she also likes to wear wigs and eccentric makeup, rarely showing her real hair. she will also model her designs on the run way along with her chosen team of six models.

i'll reveal more about her once the picture is finally done. but yes, in case you're wondering, she's very heavily based on lady gaga with the avant guarde fashion sense, but her attitude is different... well, do we really know gaga's attitude anyway? XD also, yes, her "logo" character is inspired by adventure time. BUT the character herself came from a dream. I dreamt about an eccentric pop star named Kiki Mimi, so I decided to make her, but I switched most of her focus on fashion designing.
