Minkie Pie

so this is an idea that and i came up with. we had to think of a name, and she decided minkie was fitting. so we both decided to draw her, and i don't think she's uploaded hers yet.

this is pinkie pie's fabled third sister, who is the eldest. i guess it was mentioned that she had another sister in a comic, but she's never been introduced.

since the sisters in my world contributed to cupcakes, so shall minkie pie... here's why we never knew about her (according to the cupcakes/muffins universe.)

when she was born, her parents apparently didn't like her for some reason. maybe she expressed signs of her derranged mentality. so, before any of the other fillies were born, they locked minkie pie away in a hidden cellar and pretended she didn't exist. they fed her som and gave her a thin blanket and pillow, and that's where minkie grew up.

she never really found her special talent, but one day, a lock appeared on her flank. this is because she had been locked away for so many years, she thought the only thing that she was destined for was to be a prisoner. but destinies can change.

her mane and tail are longer than the other pies, even pinkie, because she was unable to get a hair cut. i WAS gonna draw her mane to the ground but decided not to. also, she's not wearing makeup. those are shadows from malnurishment. her eyes are completely black around and shadowed from fatigue, hatred, resentment, lonliness, and overall depression.

BUT! behold, inkie pie and blinkie pie eventually discover the cellar! you can imagine their shock when they find a pony that looks just like them. they snuck her out and to the cave where they usually prepare cupcakes, and minkie pie tells them everything. her voice is low and monotone, and she speaks very softly, like fluttershy, except with malice. inkie and blinkie are happy to have found another pie sister, and plan to leave the rock farm to visit pinkie pie.

you will have to wait to know what happens until i'm ready to write the fanfiction.

so obviously she's not canon, nor is her personality, but if her appearence would be considered canon like inkie pie and blinkie pie, that'd be SOOO COOL!! we'll have to see what 's design looks like first so we can see what fans like best. otherwise...

on another not, since inkie pie's real name is marble pie and blinkie pie is limestone pie, what would minkie be? we've decided on obsidian pie.
