narration updates (update on bottom)

so, for those of you who are subscribed to me on youtube, you will know that the last story I narrated was my original story, "new recruits." the last "muffins" I narrated was "farewell to kindness." also, if you watch my update videos and/or read descriptions, you'll know that I am taking a break from muffins to focus on other projects that have been neglected for some time now. I think some people somehow took that as, "I'm not doing muffins anymore," which is kind of silly. I mean, it's not even a hiatus, it's a BREAK. there's a difference. all the same, I feel I should explain exactly what I'm doing at this moment.

what's going on with "muffins" is that I am not going to write the next one until AFTER "even rocks break," "all that glitters," and "twilight's fall" are narrated. what does this mean? well, since I'm taking a break from "muffins," you won't be seeing a new story for some time, and I cannot actually tell you when the narrations or new story will come out. remember when I said I don't run on a schedule? that means that when people ask, "when will the next one be out?" it really irks me because, for one, I HAVE NO IDEA, and for two, it really reflects on your character, displaying just how impatient people really can be. don't get me wrong, I'm impatient too, but you should NEVER ask a creator when something is going to come out. that's just common sense, or at least it is to me. so for people who are checking every day to see if there's a new "muffins" anything, you're wasting your time, it's going to be awhile.

also concerning muffins, remember that I don't take ideas (the exception was "on trial," but I had my reasons for that one), and I don't add people's OCs. I know EXACTLY what stories I'm going to write, and I know EXACTLY how it's going to end. I think people assume I take breaks because I don't know what I'm doing, but you couldn't be more wrong. when I decided I'd actually continue the main story, I told people that this was a big decision, and I didn't want to feel like it was forced or that I was selling out, or worse, catering to fan service. in order to move further, I had to do a lot of planning, organizing, and think outside the box. all of the ideas and decisions are there, and I think you will be pleased with the direction I take this. there ARE a few side stories that still need to be written, like how apple bloom joined pinkie pie, and silver spoon's story. I've decided NOT to write guilda's or doctor whooves' stories because they're just not important enough characters to me to be worth my time. they died, that's all. XD I also have to mention that the MOST annoying suggestion I get is "have the victims come back as ghosts!" this is a slasher story, not a paranormal story. that would make the story SO unbearably bad, it'd fall into shitpasta just like sonic.exe and jeff the killer. but I shouldn't be getting suggestions anyway since I've said a million times I don't take suggestions.

next... original stuff. well, the only "reitanna fiction" I have left is "the origin of the jisatsu brothers." I haven't actually had any brilliant ideas for the goings on in encephalon, so... there's that. I don't know when one will show its shiny face, but great ideas usually come to me on their own, not when I force it. for instance, most of my stories originate from either daydreaming, or regular dreaming. I've been slowly working on writing a story called "mr. white" that is based completely on a nightmare I had a few weeks ago, and when I had the nightmare, I woke up and sort of stared into space for a moment... and mike goes, "what's wrong?" and I said, "I just had... the COOLEST nightmare... and now I have an idea for a story." buuuuuut there have been other things on my mind, so that story won't be done for awhile. and NO, I will not give any hints about what it's about. just know that it's not a fan fiction, and it's horror. but... back to "reitanna fiction." the next story's narration is going to have to wait, because...

at long last, I have finished recording the narration for my drarry fic, "well, THAT escalated quickly... draco's point of view." I had been working on the damn thing for about a year, but I had only recorded the extra dialogue; I saved the original dialogue from the first story so that it would solidify the fact that the same events are taking place, just from a different perspective. as for the narration part of the story, I've spent the last three days recording it, and I actually lost my voice from it. XD so that was fun... there was some dialogue I had to re-record, but otherwise it was just reading the story itself. I'm actually pretty proud of how fast I got it done, considering stories this long usually take me much longer. that just goes to show I have been neglecting my obsession for yaoi. the original story was roughly two hours long, maybe two and a half, and the current recording I have for "draco's point of view" is three hours before editing, so after editing, it should be around the same length. both stories are around the same length anyway.

so right now, I'm riding this spark of motivation to complete this long ass narration, and if all goes well, it should be done in about a week depending on other factors in life. remember, the story is age restricted to 18+, just like the first one, so when it DOES get uploaded to youtube, you will not be able to listen to it if you're under 18. when I eventually record the epilogue, that one won't be age restricted because there are no sex scenes... well, it's implied, but not written. and just like in my deviations, "draco's journal" will have its own video, and I actually recorded that about a year ago, it just needs to be edited. "DPoV" is my main focus right now, though, and I'm pretty excited at how it's going to turn out! I NEVER GET EXCITED ABOUT STUFF!! I guess that means my meds are working!
