last night, mike and I went on our walk that we always take around 11:30 because I'm a fucking fat piece of shit that needs to lose weight, and I almost stepped on this big beetle. it had a white back with vertical black stripes, and I thought maybe someone already stepped on it, so I tapped the side of it with my foot, and it flipped over onto its back, waving its legs. I felt bad that I scared it, and also didn't want someone else to step on it, but I ALSO didn't have any experience with this species of beetle, so I wasn't sure if it would bite. I'm not afraid of bugs, just spiders. XD I still didn't fancy being bitten. so I covered my hand with my jacket sleeve and offered it to the beetle, and the hooks on its legs snagged the fabric, and the beetle HISSED at me. as I shook it gently into a nearby bush, it gave me another loud hiss, and I said, "don't hiss at me! I'm trying to HELP!" very ungrateful beetle.
something i found out about TTM and DTM
apparently trichotillomania and dermatillomania are on the "obsessive compulsive spectrum." it shares many similar symptoms of OCD, which I don't have, I only have an extreme case of perfectionism. this would mean that I would have a fourth other. however, even though I DEFINITELY have TTM and DTM, I don't know if the DSM 5 considers the conditions themselves to be forms of OCD. not only that, but unlike my manic depression, PTSD, and social anxiety disorder, I haven't gotten an official, professional diagnosis, and you guys know how I feel about self diagnosing. I'm hoping to figure that part out when I find a therapist after mike and I get
