so, her model is done, but when I try her in-game, her morphs are weird. she's not even really supposed to have morphs. I'm not sure what to do.
are you doing automatic weights or are you trying to do bone parenting

what version of blender are you using.
well, how this turns out should be interesting. none the less it should work. anyway... I'm looking up results and a tutorial or two to look for results and effects of what I'm about to try since ima try and fix the weight painting and then try and move around a few bones to see what happens. so ill send you to files. one of where I changed the armature. and one where I just fixed the mesh to fit the armature. I should have them ready by tomorrow for ya. no later then Tuesday if I can get them to work with me
Is there a way to remove morphs? I can ask around, I know some folks who know some folks.
